Refund policy

We want you to love every purchase from Pamper N Style Essential Beauty LLC (“PNSEB”). If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1) Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene/safety, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Opened skincare, haircare, or household products

    • Used lash sets, press-on nails, or custom nail designs

    • Made-to-order handbags, shoes, or clutch sets
      If an item arrives damaged/defective, contact us right away with photos.

2) How to Start a Return

Email info@pnseb.com with:

  • Full name and order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return and reason
    Once approved, we’ll confirm instructions.

3) Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product was defective or sent in error.

  • Use a trackable method; PNSEB isn’t responsible for returns lost in transit.

4) Refunds

  • After we receive/inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees and discounts are non-refundable.

5) Exchanges

Need a different size/scent? Email info@pnseb.com within 30 days; we’ll help if inventory allows.

6) Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, digital downloads, limited-edition or custom items, and clearance merchandise are final sale.

7) Damaged or Defective Products

Report within 7 days of delivery with clear photos to info@pnseb.com. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
