1) Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

For hygiene/safety, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened skincare, haircare, or household products

Used lash sets, press-on nails, or custom nail designs

Made-to-order handbags, shoes, or clutch sets
If an item arrives damaged/defective, contact us right away with photos.

2) How to Start a Return

3) Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping unless the product was defective or sent in error.

Use a trackable method; PNSEB isn’t responsible for returns lost in transit.
4) Refunds

After we receive/inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees and discounts are non-refundable.
5) Exchanges
Need a different size/scent? Email info@pnseb.com within 30 days; we’ll help if inventory allows.
6) Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, digital downloads, limited-edition or custom items, and clearance merchandise are final sale.
7) Damaged or Defective Products
Report within 7 days of delivery with clear photos to info@pnseb.com. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
