Your satisfaction is our pleasure and what we strive for! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase if we have not met your expectations. PNSEB will do everything in our power to guarantee your satisfaction. 

Return and Refund Terms:

• Terms of return:  All returned items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• State of return: All returned items must be returned in the same condition at time of delivery. Worn and used items will not be accepted.
• Reason for return: Please provide a reason for your return, i.e. wrong size, color, damaged, etc. 
• Process for return: To initiate your return, please contact customer service for return instructions. Please note, customer must pay for S&H of all returned items.
• Process of refund: All accepted returned items will receive a full refund via the payment method used at time of payment.  Refund will be refunded immidiatley upon the return of your items.  Time for the refund to be refunded to your account depends on your bank and financial institution.
